libdballe-doc software package provides documentation for the DB-ALL.e C library for weather research, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdballe-doc
libdballe-doc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdballe-doc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdballe-doc *
You will get with libdballe-doc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
